What our sites are
Our sites publish general information about a home service in a local area and let you request an estimate. The information is provided for general guidance only and is not professional, engineering, or legal advice. Conditions at your property may differ from anything described on a site.
Who provides the estimate
Estimates, and any work that follows, are provided by independent licensed contractors, not by Goodsprings Local Media. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. Goodsprings Local Media is not a party to it.
No guarantee
We verify that the contractor we match you with holds the license and insurance their trade requires, but we do not guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, workmanship, or the outcome of any job. We are not responsible for the work a contractor performs or fails to perform.
Referral disclosure
Goodsprings Local Media is a marketing publisher. Contractors pay us for advertising, which is how our sites are funded. Homeowners never pay us. Sending a request through one of our sites does not obligate you to hire anyone.
Using our sites
You agree to give accurate information when you request an estimate, and not to use our sites or forms for anything unlawful, automated, or abusive. We may decline to pass along a request that appears to be fraudulent or is not a genuine request for service.
Text messaging
Goodsprings Local Media sends lead notification text messages from (877) 516-9521 only to the site operator and to contracted local contractors who have opted in at goodspringslocal.com/sms-consent or by written agreement. Messages notify the recipient that an estimate request was received. Message frequency varies with request volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@goodspringslocal.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Homeowners are not sent text messages by Goodsprings Local Media.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
